Homemade Recipe To Eliminate Tartar, Gingivitis and Whitening Your Teeth

Do you know what oral tartar is? Tartar is actually an accumulation of bacteria on your teeth that can cause serious problems if left unresolved.

An accumulation of tartar on your teeth may cause serious oral problems including the development of gingivitis.

Besides giving your teeth hideous yellow stains, tartar can also cause other problems. This is why it’s best to remove it just as soon as you notice it on your teeth.

The usual removal of tartar requires going to the dentist, which many people won’t like to hear.

Instead of going to the dentist however, we should all strive to prevent the condition instead of treating it later.

This means having excellent oral hygiene, including brushing twice a day and flossing at least once.

However, we rarely pay that much attention to our oral health, which is why it’s globally on the decline.

Luckily for you, there’s also a great natural remedy that can remove the plaque from your teeth and prevent bigger problems.

The remedy will also whiten your teeth and treat gingivitis as well. Here’s how to prepare it:

Ingredients:

*1 teaspoon baking soda

*½ teaspoon salt

*½ cup hydrogen peroxide

*½ cup warm water

*½ cup cold water

*Toothbrush, floss and a cup

*Mouthwash

Preparation:

Pour the salt and baking soda in a cup, then dip the toothbrush in hot water and in the baking soda-salt mixture. Brush your teeth with it slowly, then spit out.

Next, mix the warm water and hydrogen peroxide, then rinse your mouth with the mixture. Spit out in the end, and rinse with cold water for a few more minutes.

These steps should already loosen up the plaque on your teeth.

Take the floss and start removing it – just make sure to be gentle in order not to hurt your gums or teeth.

When you’re done, rinse your mouth with an antiseptic mouthwash for 30 seconds, then spit it out and you’re done!
